CapsulesMETHYLCOBALAMIN 1500MCG + ALPHA LIPOIC ACID 100MG + FOLIC ACID 1.5MG + PYRIDOXINE HCL 10MG
Thirteen brands — the PPI and DSR group, itraconazole, doxycycline with lactic acid bacillus, acebrophylline and a probiotic, mostly 10x10 alu-alu.
Most of this group exists because of DSR — a capsule can carry two release profiles in one shell, enteric-coated on one component and sustained-release on the other, which a tablet cannot do without becoming enormous. That is why the pantoprazole, rabeprazole and esomeprazole combinations are capsules. Dexlansoprazole is carried at both 30 and 60 mg, which almost no competing PCD list bothers with.

Thirteen brands, and most of them are capsules for one reason: you cannot build a DSR product any other way.
A DSR capsule carries two release profiles in one shell — the acid component enteric-coated so it survives the stomach, the prokinetic sustained-release so it works across the day. Press that into a tablet and you get something nobody wants to swallow. Hence the pantoprazole, rabeprazole and esomeprazole combinations all sitting here rather than with the tablets.
The rest: dexlansoprazole at 30 mg and 60 mg, omeprazole plain and with domperidone, itraconazole 200 mg, doxycycline with lactic acid bacillus, acebrophylline 100 mg, a methylcobalamin capsule with alpha lipoic acid, and a prebiotic-probiotic with L-glutamine.
Packing runs 10x10 alu-alu almost throughout. Live cultures and hygroscopic actives will not survive clear blister through a summer in Chennai or anywhere else, so the foil is not a cost choice.
Every one is open to contract manufacture under your own brand, and to PCD franchise on a district basis.
UNOS Biotech lists 13 products under Capsules. By dosage form that is 13 capsules. Buyers in Chennai take the range three ways: a district-wise PCD franchise, third party manufacturing under their own brand name, or ordinary distribution against a valid drug licence.
Composition, pack and printed MRP against each line are the details on the pack itself. Net rate, PTR and PTS are worked against that MRP and agreed when the order is placed.
Commercially capsules carry a premium feel at the counter that tablets do not, which is worth real money on a nutraceutical where the buyer is paying out of pocket.
Supply of any Capsules product requires a valid drug licence and a GST registration, both in the name of the firm that will be invoiced. For a wholesale buyer the licence is commonly Form 20B and 21B; what matters is that it covers the firm being billed rather than an associated one.
For a third party manufacturing order there is a third document: the trademark registration or application for any brand name to be printed. That one is needed before artwork rather than before dispatch.
The band on this range is ₹306.60 at the lowest printed MRP and ₹2,450.00 at the highest, with a midpoint around ₹1,400.00. Knowing where a product sits in that band matters more to a distributor than the absolute figure does, because it decides how much working capital a box ties up.
Net rate, PTR and PTS are worked against each product's own printed MRP rather than against a band average.
Brand depth inside the range, by stem:
6 of the 13 products here belong to one of these families. For an associate opening a district in Chennai, family depth is a more defensible basket than the same number of unrelated lines, because it covers the spread of one prescriber's writing rather than a thin slice of several.
This range is almost entirely capsules — 13 of 13 products. That makes the commercial character of the whole group the commercial character of that one form.
Hard gelatin capsules are almost always packed alu-alu, and for once the expensive pack is not a choice. The shell is gelatin, gelatin takes up moisture, and a capsule that has softened in a strip is a complaint whatever the fill inside it is doing. A blister pack on a capsule is a cost saving the distributor pays for later.
Capsules are the form most often damaged in transit, and almost never by impact. Heat is what does it. A consignment held overnight in a closed truck in May will arrive with strips that look fine and capsules that have gone tacky, and the loss shows up weeks later at a retail counter rather than at the goods-inward gate.
The loss shows up weeks later at a retail counter rather than at the goods-inward gate, which is why storage conditions on this range are worth agreeing before the first order.
Almost every capsule here is packed alu-alu, and for once the expensive pack is not a choice. The shell is gelatin, gelatin takes up moisture, and a softened capsule is a complaint whatever is inside it.
The same Capsules products are supplied three ways. On franchise, an associate gets a district-wise monopoly on the range and the promotional support that goes with it. On third party manufacturing, a marketing company gets the products under its own brand with its own artwork. On distribution, a licensed wholesaler simply buys and resells.
Which one is right depends on whether you are building a brand, building a territory, or filling a gap on a sheet you already have. The product is identical on all three; the commitment is not.
13 at present. Composition, pack and printed MRP for each are listed on this page, and all of them are supplied on the same three routes.
ISO 9001:2015. No plant certification, foreign regulatory approval or government endorsement is claimed for the company or for any product in this range.
It differs by product and by dosage form — a tablet in alu-alu, a syrup and an injection are three different figures. Send the products and quantities you have in mind and the minimums come back with the rates.
By surface transport from Chandigarh unless something else is agreed. Rates are ex-Chandigarh, freight extra at actuals, GST as applicable, payment in advance.
Yes. Any product in this range can be manufactured as third party manufacturing under your brand. You keep the brand, the trademark and the market; you will need a drug licence and GST registration in the invoicing firm's name plus trademark details for the name being printed.
Appointments are district-wise and subject to the district still being open. Send your district and your drug licence details and you will be told plainly whether it is.
Yes, subject to that product's own minimum order quantity. A franchise appointment covers the range rather than a single line, because a monopoly on one product is not a territory.
Three things make this a short conversation: the products you want, the quantity, and your district in Chennai. Net rate, minimum order quantity and lead time come back against those. Call 8264472179 or use the enquiry form on this page.
Send the quantity you need against the pack shown above and we come back with the rate, the minimum order quantity and a lead time. Rates are quoted ex-Chandigarh, freight extra at actuals, GST as applicable to the product category, payment in advance. Expiry and breakage claims are not entertained, which is why the shelf life on the batch you are offered is worth asking about when you order rather than afterwards.
Two documents decide whether an order can be invoiced at all, and they are the same two on all three routes: a valid drug licence in the name of the firm being invoiced — commonly Form 20B and 21B for a wholesaler — and GST registration in that same firm's name. The name on the licence and the name on the invoice have to match; an order held at dispatch is almost always held because they did not.
A third party manufacturing order needs one more: the trademark registration, or the application number, for any brand name you intend to print. That is needed before artwork rather than before dispatch, which gives it a longer runway and makes it easier to forget. Cartons, foils, labels and inserts are produced against artwork you approve before a batch is scheduled, not after it.
If you are applying for a licence now, that is a normal place to be starting from. The quotation can be worked out in the meantime — only the dispatch waits on the paperwork.
Four terms carry every franchise conversation in this industry, and mixing them up is how two quotations get compared that were never comparable:
Those last four words matter more than anything else on this list. Two offers quoting the same PTS are not the same offer if one is ex-factory with freight at actuals and the other is landed at your godown. Before comparing anybody's rate with anybody else's, put both on the same basis: per tablet, bottle or tube rather than per box, since pack sizes differ; against the printed MRP, since the margins are built from it; and ex-factory rather than landed, since freight is a real number and a quotation that has absorbed it has also hidden it. The second thing worth checking is what quantity a rate assumes — a number for a full run and a number for a trial batch are both honest and they are not the same offer.
Franchise appointments are granted by district rather than by state or by city, and they cover the range rather than a single product. Both of those are deliberate. A monopoly on one line is not a territory — an associate who holds one finds the rest of the segment arriving in their market through somebody else. And the practical test of a monopoly is simple: if a company cannot tell you who else holds your district, it is not granting one.
Building a prescriber relationship takes months of visits. An associate who finds a second supplier's representative in the same waiting room has lost those months, which is the whole reason the appointment is written the way it is.
It is shorter than most people expect, and the order of the steps matters because each one depends on the last:
UNOS Biotech is a pharma marketing company. Products are manufactured at licensed third-party units and marketed under the UNOS Biotech name, or under yours. That is the normal structure for most of the PCD and franchise market in this country, and it is worth understanding rather than guessing at, because it tells you what questions are reasonable.
Reasonable: ask for the composition, the pack, the printed MRP, the batch documentation that travels with the goods, and the shelf life on what you are being offered. Not reasonable, and a warning sign when a supplier answers it anyway: asking a marketing company for a plant certification it does not hold. A company that will claim one it has not got will also claim a lead time it cannot meet.
Goods move by surface transport from Chandigarh unless something else is agreed, and the packing is specified for that journey rather than for an ideal one. Every consignment travels with its batch documentation. Composition, pack size and printed MRP are exactly as shown on this page — those are the details on the pack itself.
UNOS BIOTECH PVT. LTD. is an ISO 9001:2015 certified company. That is a quality management system standard, and it is the only certification claimed anywhere on this site. No plant certification, foreign regulatory approval or government endorsement is claimed, because none is held.
The restraint is deliberate and it protects everybody downstream. A distributor who repeats a certification their supplier invented is the one standing in front of the buyer when it gets checked. For anything clinical, what a product contains is stated on the pack, and how it should be used is a matter for a registered medical practitioner and the pack insert — not for a supplier's catalogue page.
Call 8264472179 with the quantity, your district and which of the three routes you are asking about, and the reply will be specific to that.
Dispatch is from Panchkula, Haryana, in the Chandigarh tricity. Terms are the same in every district — they are on the price list and they are on this page.
Every district below has its own page. Territory availability changes as associates are appointed, so confirm yours before you plan a launch.
No district matches that. Ask about your district.
Capsules supplied state by state. Open your state to find your district — each one has a page of its own, with the same range and the same terms.
Four steps, in this order, whichever city you are in.
Your firm name, the district you work in and the segments you already sell.
Whether that district is open for Capsules, and which neighbouring ones are.
Net rate, PTR and PTS against the printed MRP, with a starter basket for the segment.
Valid drug licence and GST registration, then the territory is agreed on monopoly rights.
Send your firm name, district and the segments you work in — we reply with availability, the product list and rates for Capsules.
